The progression of my engine bay

Well my engine has been through many phases in the time that I've owned the car. I thought I would show a little "slideshow" from beginning to current.

Unfortunately, I don't appear to have pics of when I put the JLT on, but you get the idea.

When I bought the car, it was stock:

I put the Ford Racing coil covers on it.

Next, I put a JLT ram air intake on the car (Not my pic):

After I saved up some money, I started the Eaton swap:

These coil covers were orignally the chrome Ford Racing ones that I had powdercoated and are still currently on the car:

This was before I got brackets for the shaker:

Then the enine blew up about a year after the Eaton swap due to a bad fuel pump, so the '04 Cobra long block went in:

And here it is in the shop after dropping the engine in:

Obviously with the bottom end being much more stout, some go-fast goodies went on:

Then in November of '09 I got a state ref ticket and had to take the car back to pretty much stock:

Well I guess I don't have pics with the stock pulley and none of the Billetflow idlers, but the car was back to stock engine-wise. This is a pic with the stock intake though:

And finally, as it sits today. A JLT ram air intake has gone back on and hopefully this is how the engine will stay for a while. Also notice that it now has a black BF 2.76" pulley instead of a red one. I destroyed the red one swapping the stock pulley back on:

And that is all the changes that my engine has gone through in the last three or so years.

And a quick break-down: Started life stock. Changed the CCs. Installed a JLT ram air intake. Bolted the Eaton on with stock intake and all stock Cobra parts. Dropped an '04 Cobra longblock in and put a 2.76" pulley on with 63lb injectors and a JLT high boost intake. Had the chrome Ford Racing CCs powder-coated. Did a full Billetflow idler pulley set-up. Put the stock 3.65" pulley back on along with stock intake tube. Finally, re-installed a 2.76" pulley again with the BF idlers and the JLT ram air intake.

I don't have any good pics of the whole car with the Cobra front bumper, but here's pretty much what it looks like:

And the Cobra bumper:

Btw, thanks for the comments! I've almost finished waxing the car so I should have some new, better pics up soon.

The wheels are made by a company called "Amp". Les Schwab carries them. 18x8.5 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear.
