What do you think?? All black !!!

Well, after months of searching for wheels ... (I am dead tired of played out weld draglites, chrome ponys, cobra r's, etc.... Tired of seeing that on a fox!) I wanted something different. Where I could stay 4 lug... I know I'm not the most well liked member here, but hey I want your opinions..... So after months of searching, I finally realized 88-gt-t-top on here had these wheels on his car, and hes parting his car out, so I picked them up from him tonight..

The fronts were 17x8's they were cut and made 17x7's with a beautiful job done, and the rears are 17x9's with a 275/40/17 DR... They are 03/04 Cobra wheels

What ya think MM?

Not the greatest pics, (my camera phone it takes 1600res pics and i had to resize) and it was getting dark.. heh

Can't see shit in those pictures, but I'm sure it looks like every other blacked out Mustang.

Thanks....... But isn't you're cobra like every other cobra out there? You don't see many fox's with 04 cobra wheels.... Why do you guys have to be so negative?

Hard to see the pics but looks sick. Need to tint the windows real deep and it would look great.

( Maybe lower it too, but I cant really tell the stance from the pics )

Tints will be done very shortly. Limo. The car looks high in the pics, I don't know why but it normally sits low. Thank you bro.

Sure, if every other Cobra out there is slammed on CCW's with 345/30/18s, then I guess mines identical to every other Cobra out there. I wasn't being negative..I was just saying if you're going to post pictures at least make them viewable so we don't have to "guess" what the car actually looks like.

More pics? As you wish.. I busted out the digi for these

Still have some minor things to fix to my likings ( I hate going over other peoples work ) , got the blower brackets mounted today onto the new motor, put the 60 lb injectors in, still have to add top half of motor. I don't know why it is sitting up so high, Maybe because some parts sat in the hatch over the winter with no motor in it. I'm sure it'll go back into place soon, if not I'll be swapping out the eibach launch kit from the front.

fix the side skirts lol. im not a fan of pure black rims... needs a chrome lip. i love the way the termi rims look on the fox though.

That was my fault!!!! It's only the driver side. The pass side is mint. My foot hit it one day and it broke a clip or two and its been just a saggin' .. When I take it to get the hood painted, and some misc items painted, it's getting fixed.

Thanks for the compliments.. As I thought myself it needed a chrome lip, but these wheels don't come like that

I'm not a fan of all black rims. But, fix that side skirt and drop the front end as mentioned, and overall you've got a badass look going. Very road warrior looking.

you know at first i wasn't liking the all black on cars, but... for some reason it looks good on mine... and it's growing on me. I adree, if there was room to put a chrome lip, I would but no room on these wheels. If I went with the 10th anniversary wheels, then yeah.. The springs should settle once I start driving it. If not, Ill swap them out. Ill keep you guys posted. It's just a small block with a vortech. maybe a 10 second car.
