New Ride

I've been gone for awhile, recently got two new toys! An 2008 Yami R1 which has taken up a ton of my time and right after I paid off that bad boy, I picked up a 2003 Cobra and have fallen in love.

Previous owner didn't really know what to do with a Cobra and just used the poor car as a daily driver so I picked it up with close to 100k mi on her but none of them were drag races or burnouts so she's almost brand new

Already have MAC longtubes, Accufab throttle body, JLT cai, and a 2.76 pulley on the way. Next paycheck is going toward tires....

Had to replace the oil, supercharger oil, fuel filter, and some gaskets just for peace of mind but took her out to a local grudge match race and took top spot in women's race and knocked a few people out of the street car class before losing to some cam/head/NOS goat. Have yet to get some numbers on her, our strip isn't open until July third again.

Hell yeah! Black Cobra's make you 20X cooler.

Make sure and start looking for an idler set to go with that 2.76.

Amarillo? I have some friends in Amarillo. Are you familiar with Blunck Studios?

I've heard of them, I think I had my senior pics taken there but not really familiar with them. Friends of yours? Nice car btw, I wish the paintjob on the cobra wasn't so shot

It's the studio that I work for. They also have a studio in Amarillo. Chances are, they probably took your pic at one point. We do a lot of contract work with schools. Sports pics, proms, graduations, year book headshots, etc.

Anyhow, nice car.

lol I was wondering how long it would take for someone to stumble across those, modeling definitely helps pay for my expensive hobbies. those are just raw shots, photoshop is a crazy wicked tool

The bike has a smudge on it in the second pic where the light is reflecting. They should have cleaned it first.
