no, i thought it was when i bought it but it wasnt so eventually ima cut out the holes and put screens in there but when i got it it didnt fit right at all, it took soooo much work to get it on there...heres where i got it, i would NOT recommend them at all

doesnt look like a cowl hood at all.. looks like a Ram Air more off of a GTO or TA.. (small similarity) cowl hoods look way diff >.<

sry i didnt have time to go put them on photobucjet or something so i jsut put them that way
all ive done to her so far is just blue headlights im gonna order blue foglights and maybe a system pretty soon.... but im not gonna do anything performance wise until the warranty ends. Its hard to void something that will fix it for free if something was to ever go wrong

u should b able to put in n ur self... like i said earlier its supposed to just plug right into your dash

reminds me of when i first bought mine, is it a 5-speed? if so ours are very similar as a matter of fact here's a pic of my mustang at the dealership
