Np man. I love that site for backgrounds, and its user summited backgrounds so I don't think the website (Desktop Nexus) malisciously(sp) took it and used it for their advantage, you know?

Already down the path fellas.. It's become routine lately..

As for the other, that's a work in progress. Problem there is a response from the site owner. He's about to receive paper work in the mail, but like all things court related, it comes at a cost to me up front. All they had to do was ask, I'd have given them rights. Just ask.. I'm not an asshole.
