New Seats

Decided to replace my old carpet of 6 years which was gray to bran new black carpet, also decided to upgrade my old cloth corbeau seats to bran new black suede LG1s. Harness bar soon to follow as soon as it is finished getting powdercoated :p
Out with the old and in with the new

Getting the carpet into place

Starting to install the seats

Seats and harnesses installed

thats everyone for the feed back Old ones are boxed up and sold as we speak.
As far as how long it took me, the interior was already out of the car, so that would have been an hour. But I ran into some snags along the way: I bought the carpet from AM and they failed to tell you that its not pre-cut, so i had already a long time ago ditched the stock carpet, so needless to say i had to wing it with the cuts, but I was able to do a good job and all of them will be hidden with the center dash, then the other problem we had was the bolts for the seats to the floor would not screw in, well come to find out the new padding under the carpet was so thick the poor bolts couldnt catch the threads, so i had to sit in the seats as they screwed in the bolts so the padding would flatten down lol. But that took us 2 hours to figure out. So with all the snags and all we ran into probally 3 hours, if we hadnt, maybe two.

well you can get corbeau to do custom fabrics but its very expensive cause i already asked even with my partial sponsorship i was like um never mind lol. You can always get the basic cloth seats or buy used ones and have a interior shop redo them in the color you want. But as far as the seats, I had the A4's and they supported my neck and back well (I have neck and back problems) but when i sat in these, oh yeah they are even 100xs more better then the A4's with support, I was surprised

sent in a 10 page sponsorship proposal LOL I have a lot of project history with other cars, other sponsorship history and a lengthy show history so it helped as well. But it was only partial, but ill take it for how expensive it would have been for my set up.
