Pitt 305 fit perfect on 18x10's. i got 265 on my 18x9's currently. And this winter i'm planning on having 18x10 with some 305 ET streets.

You wanna run 275's, do it the right way and go AT LEAST 9" wheel. Read Choosing a new tire (sig) and find out why this is an issue. Too much to list here and already done there
