I posted a thread about 3 weeks ago... I was driving about 20 and the hood latch decides to fail, resulting in a broke in half hood, a broken windsheild, and a dented top. I like the new hoodpins anyways...

As for the tails, I also posted a thread looking for something to paint them flat black. I haven't got around to the project yet though.

for the taillight tinting you can just grab some VHT nightshade.

I plan on blacking them out to the both of you. I would've went with VHT because I want a flat black look, not a satin or gloss.

Thanks to Arizona being a state that replaces windshields for free! The hoodpins are not done yet though. I haven't had the time to finsh and cut the webbing on underside. I can't even get them to sit right as it is.

nice ride tail lights it goes either way looks good or bad but in the end its ur choice cuz its ur car luving the pic of it in front of the humvees, n were did u mount the hood pins? on the hood bump stops? n whats the gauge u got in the engine bay?

Oil pressure gauge.
I used a drill to widen the bump stops where I could get the nut through because it wouldn't be long enough if I went on the other side.
Thats what you get when you live on an Army base... Wish there was tanks here =P

Looks very snazzy. I'm not a fan of the tail lights but that seems to be a general consensus.

I love those tail lights. They go good with the color of the car. Most people put them on cars that make them stand out too much, but on a dsg, black or silver they look great!
