So I work full time at RacePartSolutions.com, and run my photography business on the side...Well a customer came in to get some fittings, and brought his baby monkey again (It's about 5-6weeks old now)...this time I was prepared with the right lens and my SB-600. So freaking cute!

Haha yea, we basically carry anything and everything that has to do with fabricating a turbo kit, nitrous, cooling systems, oil lines, fuel, etc etc. lol Don't really have anything that is vehicle specific except for some random things here and there.

Oh, nice! Depending on how you decide to route the piping, it can be pretty inexpensive. You could also save a couple grand over buying a pre-built kit...and it would actually fit in your car lol.

Mine is custom. My b/f's shop specializes in building custom turbo kits, so him and I built the kit together for my car.

No problem! lol I will have to say I was given some stuff. :X lol But overall I would say if I payed for everything, maybe around $4000 (k-member, complete fuel system including injectors and pumps/inline filter, hot and cold side piping, turbo, wastegate, blow-off valve, chip with custom tune by Prof. Tuner - Ken Bjonnes, speed of sound a-pillar and elec. fuel pressure gauge and mech. boost gauge...I might have missed some). Here are some pictures:

This is the crossover...Driver side header was flipped, passenger header ws untouched. Ran a pipe from the pass. header, under the transmission and then fed into the driver header.


Driver header goes up, and into the turbo.

Downpipe

Downpipe weaving through the k-member...

Downpipe to y-pipe (y's at the hanger seen) bolted to magnaflow's

Crossover on the left, and downpipe on the right...

LOL Yea, luckily this thing is a fraction of the size...it'll just give you diseases.

Well we have a band saw at the shop, and we tig welded most of the kit (used a mig on some onf the mild steel). Jake was the braind behind the manifold...the now 'back' of the manifold had the egr delete on it, so he just cut that whole end off, ovaled a 2" pipe went from there...it was a lot of trial and error when it came to fitting the 2" pipe precisely to the manifold, but once he got it perfect, he tig'd it together.

We had to relocate the power steering lines, reservoir and cooler, relocated the driver side coil pack, eliminated the thermostat, and re-routed the coolant hoses.
