HELP..trouble deciding which one
I cant decide which one i want to keep..so im going to throw it all out there for you guys. Its straight forward, option 1 or option 2. No swapping parts from car to car.
option 1 2003 Sonic blue GT, 53k miles ( a list from an old for sale ad) Bassani mid length stainless headers full bassani stainless exhaust steeda under drive pulleys bbk cold air intake bbk throttle body eibach springs short throw shifter 95 cobra R hood 03/04 Cobra spoiler 03/04 cobra bumper chin spoiler grill delete white face gauges racing pedals shorty antenna Tinted windows (20% up front and 5% on 1/4 windows and rear) New Bakes and rotors FR500's 9" front and 10.5" rear (275s and 315s) Tinted tail lights Black spoiler black running pony Newer clutch ![]() Option 2 (yes its supercharged, but dont know much about the history of it) 1999 Silver GT, 51k miles (the stuff listed in the ad when i bought it) 2003 Cobra Rims. Cloth Interior (Interior in excellent condition). Pillar Boost Gauge. Vortech V2SQ. 3.33 Blower pulley (13.5-14.0 #'s of Boost). Dragon Intake. 42# Injectors. Anderson Power Pipe. 75 mm Throttle Body. Steeda Short Throw Shifter. 3.90 Rear Gear. Eibach Drag Springs and Shocks. Tokico 5 way Adjustable front. Sub-frame connectors. Drive shaft safety loop. 2 1/2 inch Off Road X-Pipe (sounds really good). Flowmaster 2 1/2 Inch Mufflers. HP Mega-Byte Jr lower control arms. 2 BRAND new BF Goodrich 245/45/17 2 autologic tunes ![]() Both cars have clean titles of course. Both have fresh rebuilds as well. What one would you chose, and why? These are not pics of my cars, but as close to them as i could find. Keep in mind either car will more then likely have my FR500s on them! Option 1 sounds like my friend Andrews old SB GT that he sold...and it sounds like it's made it's way up north lol. the build list is identical at least
btw this is what a '95 cobra r hood looks like (these pics are from a few weeks before his FR500's went on) ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us |

it didnt have the cobra spoiler or the 95 cobra r hood on it when i bought it, and some of the mods i added myself. His windows look tinted in the pic, mine weren't when i bought the car. Just little things like that make me think it probably wasnt the same one haha

I would go with the silver one Brandon. However i believe your sonic blue gt is 20 times better looking.

im thinking option 1 because you know the history behind and you can just boost that one plus it was put together how you like it... im sure the other one would be more fun to drive right now but in time i think you will love the bluw one more plus it has less miles

I'm partial to silver, but I'd have to go with Option #1.

Even though those aren't pics of your actual cars, the Sonic Blue to me looks better than the silver visually. Always did like that year Cobras. Personally wouldn't really want a used car that was supercharged myself. Never know with anything used, just my opinion.
