What you need to do is call and call asking for the number to the owner. Bug the owner enough, and he will do anything to get you to shut up.

as norcal said, the BBB wont do shit.
you have to go in there guns blazing...or take them to small claims court with photos of before, and after the damage. (what i would do.)
