What are these things I found?

This was left in the garage of my new house next to some paint cans and drywall nails. I recognized the name ZEX from americanmuscle.com

I matched it to a picture on AM -- ZEX Universal Programmable TPS Switch (79-11 All)?. Are the other two plastic things anything?

the white one is just a regular fuse, the other one I dont know

I know right. But I don't plan on running ZEX or anything so it's not of much use to me.

There's also an attic, but I'm too scared to go in there.

The black and white pieces are both relays used with the nitrous kit.
