How much did the GT hood cost you BTW, if you don't mind me asking?

Paint, brotha. You're going to have to remove the emblems to do them all black. But you can do a lot with some paint. You should see the inside of Zat's car.

I painted my fender emblems and grille pony/corral (grille pony has changed a few times)

Get some gloss black and clear coat (rattle cans). It'll look fine for the time being. I had a fucked up side scoop so a buddy got me a new one (no charge, called it a "late birthday present") that was black and I just used Krylon gloss white and it matches closely enough that nobody notices.

We all start somewhere man. When I first joined I didn't know what the hell I was doing and my car looked like crap.

I can't remember the exact numbers, but I got the hood localy for $90. Something like $150 to paint it. So around $300. Was a good find.

And ya, like the other's said, its paint. I need to re-do them. Sadly the glue I used is flush with the paint... can't even fit a fishing line behind them to get them off now.
