my cheap ass tempo setup!

sony cheap single head unit... i got it coz i was low on cash and couldnt stand cd reading error issue ( i know dark pic)

in the empty space, i put a plastic cover (provided) and it looks good!

Clarion DD Headunit (Touchscreen, Ipod hooks up to the back, optional HD radio and GPS) - $400

My GT:
$125 kenwood in my GT (HD Radio, USB Hookup in the front)

not trying to thread jack but you guys with the dual dins do you know if its possible to move the heat controls to the very bottom so the Deck sits up higher?

Well fuck... The deck I was planning on buying fucking fell through the damn cracks... Stupid MFer that told me he would hold it, let it go!

I now am seeing the prices of new double dins for fucking 700$! FML!

you can move the HVAC knobs but the stock location for the knobs has a vent right behind them so there is not enough room for the depth of a double din setup.

You could put in a car PC with the computer part lower and the screen up high like this

that screen is probably not more than 2" deep and you have maybe 3" or 4" to work with in the top slot.
