Tried Imgur for the first time.

Was bored tonight so I grabbed the camera and attempted some free handed, night time lightning shots... Forgot where I hid my tripod when I moved.. Of coarse, found it after the storm passed.. Anyways, results below:

I took about 150 shots and only landed a few, of those, only a few are even kinda cool. Here they are unedited.

As for I Imgur, I think its better than Photobucket, but its slower to edit things. But thats ok, I normally would have already edited them. These happen to be "raw" jpeg's because I haven't gotten CS5 installed on the new laptop yet.

Those look really good for free handed at night. Anything below a 1/60th I get a bunch of blur. Not the cameras fault, I just can't hold my hands steady.

I like the 7th one down and the last one the best. Wish I would have had my Tripod though.

If I hand held those there wouldn't even be anything to look at. Under 1/125th and I'm useless. Nice work and find that tripod.

Oh I found it, but not until after the storm had gone by... Pissed me off.. But shes ready for next time. I think I need to move up in camera's as well... Not sure to what yet though. I am thinking better than D60 because I don't think that would be a big enough step. D5100 maybe?
