How to change avatar

Ugh I left my computer on and my roomate chnaged my avatar and messed with my facebook

lol. Facebook is fixed what about my avatar. I really don't wanna get banned for it. He won 't tell me how he did it and I cant figure it out. Help please lol

Top left where it says User CP, click it and select Edit Options. Then look on the left side of the new page for Edit Avatar.
