Its Stage 2 black. A friend of mine is doing the paint. I not only had him paint the hood, there were a couple other spots on the passenger and driver rear quarters where some body work had been done by the previous owners. They were rattle can black really shitty job and did not match at all. They had put no clear coat on those spots. I had him fix those as well. I would imagine thats why he just left the hood on.

Never seen that hood on a pre-99. This should be interesting, I predict good looking though!

Ok I was wrong he had not wet sanded the the hood in the pics I posted earlier. Here is the finished product

The color looks good. I'm sorry but there are some things I would change on your car. (fenders, hood, wheels, pillar scoops)
DO NOT LISTEN TO ME ABOUT THOSE THINGS! It is your car, if you like it, keep it.

im sorry, but there are more waves in those fenders than the ocean i can see from my beach house.......

I still have work to do on the car. Yes I know the fenders have waves in them. The fiber glass fenders have proven to be quite a pain in the ass. Not to mention right after I mounted the fenders I clipped a deer with the passenger side. Its all going to be taken back down and fixed, after I make sure I have the car the way I want it.
