Washed, Clay Barred, and Waxed...56K Go Take A Nap...            Washed it with Dawn...Clay Barred it...Waxed it with NXT...My Arm hurts...lol I would have rather used Zaino but I wanted to see what this NXT could do...It did pretty good I think... I really need a new set of headlights...The ones I ahve are OE from 2002 and I could try and save them but with replacements being so cheap I am not going to worry about it...When I start my new job I will buy a set of them... Other then that I think it came out pretty good...Also this was done yesterday so this is after a day of it sitting so it is alittle dirty right now but still looks decent to me... Comments, Compliments, Critism, and Complaints are welcome...Sorry for the picture overload...I could not pick which ones I liked best... -Chris |

Looks awesome. I washed and waxed my car...my arm hurts to the point where I don't wanna take any pics of it. I was excited...first wash and I wax I did to the 04. I think you should go for some smoked headlights to go with the black vynl you got.
PS. I got sonic blue! Thought it was Atlantic Blue, but found out in 04 they called it Sonic Blue.

The clay bar does wonders! I just washed mine with carwash concentrate, claybared it, polished it, and then waxed it! It looks beautiful and feels really nice! Looks good but I think that some smoked lights would look good too!

Yeah I had plans on the smoked clear corner headlights...That does not make me faster so it can wait...lol
Yeah I clay bar my car at least once a year...Normally right before summer gets in full swing and then sometimes i hit it with one before winter hits as well... |

I had never heard of claybarring before about 2weeks ago. I will definatly be using it at least twice a year!

Yeah I first heard about claybarring when I was 14...Been doing it ever since...
NXT makes it shine good...But if I would have used Zaino you guys would have had to wear sunglasses to look at the pictures...Zaino is the best! |

Well I'm runnin low on my Meguires Gold Class wax, and I think some Zaino is next. But isn't Zaino a paint polish and not a wax?

You are correct it is a paint polish...But it will bead up better then any wax and outlast any wax...
Its kinda pricey... A starter kit is like $90...The good kit is $120... |

nice lookin car Chris. really have a hard time telling if it's really red or orange. I am a Zaino fan myself, but dollar wise, I rarely use the stuff. well nice job man. it's raining in seattle go figure, so my claybar kit is still sitting on the shelf.

Yeah with the flash it is Orange...At night it looks orange...In the sun light it looks red...Its kinda cool...
Have actually had a friend of mine in the Navy tell me a guy on his ship was talking about how I ate his SRT-4 for dinner...It was kinda funny...He did not know if the car was orange or red...He just remembered the plate... |

Hey man how would i do this porter cable thing? What type of tip would you use? And wouldnt it be going to quick that it would burn your paint?

Maybe someone on here could give you better info because I would hate to tell you what I think and it be wrong and you screw your paint up... When I learn exactly how to use it to its full potential I will have no problem giving advice... |
