There is a few inches of clearance. After I dropped my car I loosened up all of my exhaust bolts and put a jack under the x-pipe and another under the mufflers with a 2x4. Then I jacked it up and tighted the bolts, I gained lots of clearance and was able to align both mufflers perfectly by doing this.

^^ thats exactly what i did with my car. the mid still hits here and there but what can you expect when the lowest point is about 3in from the ground lol.
