Haha, lived in metro DC for a long time years ago, ugh, the bad tastefully done rice and mustangs that look like darth vader.

I also lived in Atlanta and you don't see donks like that blue one in metro DC nearly as often as you see them in the south.

Ugh, I used to travel back and forth for college in my 5% tinted notchback with dumps with built engine back and forth from DC to Atlanta for college break visits and the cops in metro DC DID NOT LIKE MY MUSTANG. In one day alone in metro DC they pulled me over twice and searched my car for drugs...bwahahaha. Found nothing of course.

Yeah Woodbridge especially. You get on Route 1 and see every body mod part from Pepboys...as well as flame stickers.

We have an inspection every year in DC, what's the deal w/VA?
I know in MD they have one inspection when the car is first purchased...that's it for the life of the vehicle (right?). So people can ride with no trunk lid on a Benz and put the plates on a box inside the trunk. Didn't know you could get away with such shenanigans in VA...LOL
