Just Got a 2010 GT and then got "wrecked"

Hey All,

So 4 days ago to be exact I got a 2010 GT for a great price! Had everything on it too, Shaker 1000, Glass roof, hood scoop, louvers, side scoop, black-out panel. so on and so on, bunch of exterior mods and flowmasters exhaust

So yesterday I left my house and two blocks away and lady blew through a stop sign and t-boned me

So now I am waiting for the insurance company to send out the adjuster to see if it is totaled or not. If is I will be searching for another Mustang of course if not I will be waiting a long time for repairs. Do you guys think this is fixable?!? The frame is bent badly, door doesn't even open. Can't tell from the picture but my wheel is bent so i'm sure the axle needs replacing and gonna need alignment.

Just about anything is fixable for the right price, just depends how the insurance company decides is totaled or not. Like worth of the car compared to the cost of repairs. I'm not much help in this situation I know. But i'm sorry for what happened man that sucks

That sucks, I'd be pissed as shit. I'd hope it's totaled. I know that sounds wrong, but I could never enjoy it as much knowing it's been through that. I'd want a new one at that point.

Oh I was beyond pissed trust me! I kinda hope it is totaled too, since it will probably never drive right or the same now.

I'd put my money on totaled.

That was a damn fine mustang. I really liked the color.

friggin wow. If it was mine I would hope that they totaled it as well. Would not be that same car and def would not drive the same. Hate to say that about such a nice car but, maybe it just was not meant to be.

Sucks man, I'm sorry to see!! Every insurance co. has different ways do determine totalled usually 50-60% of vehicle worth. Pray for totalled! Good luck!

With that much damage your better off getting a new because eventually when you go to resale it doesn't look good. Especially with frame damage Id drop that car.

Sorry man! I don't see that car as an upgrade to your old one. There is not reason to get that body style without the performance upgrade of the 5.0. Those who upgraded in 2010 are excused for this decision. You my friend are not! You might have just been given a chance to correct the mistake you made, please use it wisely!

I have a red 2010 performance package, auto, glass roof, with 2,000 miles in mint condition for 24,000 on my lot at the moment. KBB says that car is worth 28,000. Everyone is getting a good deal on those cars!
