Some pics of my new 99 Cobra

These are just some pics from my friends' cell phones. I'll be posting some good quality ones soon as my friend sends me them, and take more after I get some FR500's on them and re paint the brake calipers, after she comes back from the body shop at Ford. The fake brake-side-scoop things dont match. In person you can see theyre closer to Rio red not Torch red, along with the panels under the doors. It's not very noticeable in these pictures.

Ya the paint difference isn't noticeable in the pictures. Car looks great and super clean

$8,000. It's got 111k on her, but it feels like they're not there. Its super smooth. Bone stock minus an american muscle short throw and some 6k hids, and tokico HP struts as replacements.

Yeah it is tough to find those in 4x4 mode.

That is the Rocky Mountain edition which Ford only built a few hundred thousand of, so it's extremely rare.

Just found one on craigslist, same color and everything for 9K has 125K miles but I didn't think they were all that hard to find?

Found another red one with only 6900 miles, wants 16,500.

Searching in my area of craigs now theres none, at least 99-01 models. When I found this one there was one other red one, with 138k for 6500, which is now removed from the listings as is mine. If I just look for cobras I get mostly SN95's and a bunch of cobra-cloned GT's

Actually I correct myself, the other one is still there and I tripped on a black 01 with a bunch of work done.

Yeah...those damn Cobra clones...

But that Cobra looks incredible. Hard to believe that's the daily driver.

Maybe match the body parts, lowering springs, mess with the spoiler and that thing will make you contemplate which car should be the DD.

...and if you're really serious here's a video of the guy I bought my blower kit off of. His is an 01 Cobra...

That's a heck of a nice car! I just love the look of the 99 Cobras, but they still badly need lowered, and wheels that fit to look perfect. Even in factory 4x4 stance though, they have such sweet handling.

Hope you love yours as much as I love mine.
