finally got some decent pics of the mustang after the front mods

Here a couple weeks ago i put a new chin spoiler, upper and lower grill, and head light covers on it. I still need to paint the chin spoiler below the lower grill. And then do all the rear black outs and the black super snake stripes.

Thought i'd see what ya'll thought of it. sorry for the crappy cell pics.

im going to keep this thread updated with pics as i keep modding the exterior.

Looks good man! But I thought I saw a thread about you getting rid of this and upgrading to a gt500, why are you still modding this one?

well those parts were all christmas gifts to me. And im wanting to upgrade, but i think the "best" way to do it is to get my car looking clean (i've got a buddy that does stripes, and is going to do it for dirt cheap) and then the black out is stuff i just have laying around. So im going to put a little bit of time and very little money in it to clean it up some more.

Then if i get an offer to pay a decent amount for the car, i'll sell it off and start my quest to the GT500.

The black rims are now back to stock. The plastidip started pealing this past weekend so i had to remove it...

Completely agree Jake, im wanting to order the 18" matte black saleen rims, with 305 rears.

Im torn on painting the chin spoiler, i love the look of the GT/CS and i think at that point it would kind of resemble that front end. But then again i think it looks great as is. The main reason i wanna paint it is because im planning on putting the flat black Super Snake stripes, and it would look better ending in the solid bottom i think?

Its the American Muscle Retro black Alum upper and lower.

Heres a picture from the night i installed it....

Overall, its a decent grill for the money. I dont know if the instructions were THAT bad, or if i just couldnt understand them because that was the night i found out my cousin died. But it literally took me 45 min to comprehend the instructions and like 15 min to install them.

Quality of the grill, Meh... its just like "pop" aluminum, so its flexible as shit, and mine was kinda dinged up. But overall im happy with it.
