FT-402 Mustang, made by HPA Motorsports.
bumper is $499 here: Ford Performance and Development / Mustang Article in 5.0 Mustangs and Super Fords. 2003 HPA Ford Mustang - Mustang 50 Magazine Not hard, looked at large pic, noticed lettering in side stripes, FT 402, googled it. 2 minutes. Didn't even have to put my try-hard pants on.
