Yea man fortunately i was fine..

Story was i was driving when.this moron quickly pulls out of a driveway and cuts.me off and then slams his break because he's about to hit someone.
Now i was about to rear end him. To avoid that my first reaction which was a mistake was to swerve left. I swerved onto.another lane when this lady in.a brand.new Mercedes hit me. Through guy who cut.me off left.
After cops came i was automatically held responsible unless they find that guy...

So anyways i was fine.and.thank.god the old lady was fine also.

Bad news is that my dad dint have full coverage on my car..so no one is fixing my car...

I was wondering this is my first accident and my dad never has had one..how much do you guys think my insurance will go up because the Mercedes is totaled....

And i was wondering if anyone can estimate how much id have to spend to fix my car...the right front wheel doesn't move anymore

What model is the benz? That will tell ya how much it will be...

Your car is prolly not fixable truthfully...The airbags went off and it looks like it is tweaked pretty hard to the drivers side...

Not sure about your policy, but some insurance companies allow the first accident to slide and I wouldn't even know where to start with your car man, you might just want to save some money and try to buy another car instead.

If you take an accident prevention course, it shouldn't be too bad. Did you get ticketed for anything?

Dang i dint think it would be unfixable. .But anyways no the cop dint give anyone a ticket..and the benz was a c series.

Well there are several models to a C series but I would say to expect them to pay out at least $40K for the other persons car...Sadly they wont do anything about yours...Your best bet is to part it out or find a 96-04 GT cheap and swap the parts over...

Ahh alright. And are you talking about a full v8 swap? And Dam 40k is a lot of money.

For some reason I thought you had a V8...If its a 6er I really cant tell you anything to do with it other then part it out...

That's rough. Good thing your okay though.

Anything can be fixed with enough money but it's probably better you start looking for a new car.

with about 2,000 bucks id say fixed but not right. frame damage is still gonna be there and the rest is pretty ehh. best go look for another...
