I had my heads,fogs,and well everything blacked out on her, and as "cool" as it was I simply couldnt see squat with the heads tinted and had to have my lower(untinted) fogs on to drive at night, yes thats dumb so dont say it...so I found these cool almost blackouts for the heads, I thnk they are swell, they seem to jewel the lights out a bit...and I can finally see again...yay me.. I am waiting(like for a while now) for my black chrome upper billit grill middle for delete, and also have some nifty matching lower billit add ons to be installed...so I was on a short break today and took acouple good pics of her with the new kinda blackouts..

Looks good. I saw a car at the show I was in that had some that were red but they were a pale red like they were faded and was ugly, but those I like.

its the vinyl 3m stuff, I put it on all my lights and for turns and brakes it works just fine, but on the heads its terrible imo, i dulls them out so much that you cant even tell they are on... and I just got smoked not full black outs...

I used 3m Window Tint, computer cut for my heads and turns.
I dont trust the vinyl, too thick, and blocks too much light.
My heads are slightly dimmer than my fogs, but brights work almost as good as factory, just with a tint to them.
I use my driving lights everywhere at night, unless im on the highway.
