is that a keypad entry on your gas cap?

that is one of the coolest things i have ever seen on a mustang if it is. the remote entry has saved my ass more than a few times on our 2000 explorer.

yea, it's the ford keyless entry keypad, I wanted to find a place where it was concealled, and the behind the fuel filler door seemed like the best place, it's nice on days when I go down to the beach and I don't want to carry my keys with me, I just hide my keys in the car, lock it up.

yes I did the homelink myself, I had a sun visor out of a 2005 Towncar that we had warrantied for a customer at the Lincoln dealer I work for, it had a rip in the visor so when Ford Motor did not recall the visor I tore it apart with the intention of mounting the unit on my motorcycle, but decided to install it in my car instead, simple to install, only 2 wires which were easy to tap into in the console, hardest part was cutting the hole in the console.
