how many coats of Clear Coat did you put on? and also did you wetsand them befrore the clear coat?

i didnt clear the ones on the silver car, but on the yellow car I put on like 3 or 4 coats of clear. I did not sand between coats.

I couldnt see a huge difference in the 2 so I didnt clear the ones on the silver car.

thats becasue you didnt put enough coats of clear and didnt sand in between coats of clear. but it still looks good

and to show how on my car it lights up perfectly.. u can put that spray clear on all day its not a catalyzed
clear u will never achieve high gloss..no matter how much u sand or buff

the tinted tails look nice. both spray on and the catalyzed. my buddies/coworkers used spray on tint on a '95 c1500, cobalt ss s/c, '95 neon, and '88 s10. all third and main brake lamps done. they turned out very nice. and still look good. been done for awhile now. i'd have to say about 1 year for all of them.

i'm liking the license plate on the bmw lol.

i think it looks very good, and i've heard that the niteshades spray is 100% visable so it may not look too bad at night, do you maybe have a pic at night hitting your brakes or something?
