We'll I didn't make the ditch.. But my car was sitting perpendicular over the ditch about 3 feet off the ground.. I actually fell out of it when I was getting out of the car after it stopped moving.

I'd tell you that you were being an idiot doing 120 on a road like that, let alone any road, but I'm sure you feel enough stupidity in yourself looking back on that decision.

Glad to hear you're okay. And hopefully this will be a HUGE lesson to you, and all your friends and family who hear of this story, and see the pictures.

Good plan - keep it on the track next time.

That was a beautiful car.

glad to hear you ok. luckily the car held up and sustained alot of the damage so thatyou could walk away.

takes something big to make one recognize the dangers of speeding/racing/weaving. trust me...i know. i did 80 (speed limit 55)down a 4lane divided hwy(2 lanes north/2lanes south)..every mornign (going to work) my buddy and i go around some pot holes by means of a turn lane....even the cops do it. no problem ever. well one morning about a month ago, i spun it because of gravel laying in the turn lane this time....and my speed. i saved it and didnt hit anyone or anything. went back hour later and watched a bmw nearly do the same thing.

Yeah.. It's kinda like that scared straight thing they did a few years ago.. Taking the kids to jail to make them behave.. Kinda look at this the same way.

First and foremost....glad you're okay.

I don't mean to be a negative nancy, but where there any witnesses to the accident? Because I don't know what kind of laws are in place about street racing, but in florida you now go straight to jail...EVEN if you're just watching it, let alone being in it. So depending on the laws, I hope they cannot prove you were racing.

The only witnesses were the two in the other car. There weren't any other people there or involved.. It was in a low traffic area late at night. I basically got really damn lucky in just about every way.

Glad to see your alright man.

If I said that you were an idiot for doing 120 on the road
I would be a hypocrite because I have seen way over that speed.
