let me describe them for you:
when you see a car with plates that say cobra...or... luvbug...or low numbers... they are vainity plates.

the other plate that are like ybk-5619 are normal plates.

i have a question, if your dad has a cobra, then why isnt there a cobra emblem in the front why does the back bumper say "mustang" on the back instead of "cobra?"

it was just how they made them in '99. it was the cobra on the side...

The 99 Cobras said "Mustang" on the back. In 01 they started with "Cobra". It's a quick, easy way to tell the difference in years for the N/A NewEdge Cobras.

usuallly it says something to represent them such as my dads 41 ford = Gils 41

the plates i have now (not the ones in the pictures) were my grandad's plates that he had on my car.

the plate my brother's car has were also my grandad's for that car,

and the 5971 you see on my car in the pics are now on my dad's car because they were his dad's plates
