My SVT Contour and my old Probe GT

Got bored watching my Browns play like a bunch of noobs so I figured I'd post up some pictures of my SVT-C and my old PGT. Enjoy.

The 'Tour:

The Probe:

Dual Exhaust clip (No Mustang GT but it didn't sound bad)

Nice non-mustang blue ovals. (I think my '94 has better looking taillights than your '95, lol) But I am a true and true Probe fan. Pics in my garage, but a word to the wise... those stock blocks don't stand up to too much boost I still have my '94 PGT but with no engine in her atm. Been a work in progress for about 3 years. (((Had it in the mid 13's when I eventually threw a rod out the bottom end in the water box at the local speedway.))) Plan on getting the japanese version of the ford/mazda KLZE one day...

Don't see too many SVT Contours around. Shame. Way better than your run of the mill Contour/Escort.

I enjoy my 95+ tails but I didn't mind the 93/94s . I just would've put some black on them. Yeah I know they don't handle boost well; I've heard too many horror stories on ProbeTalk.com. High boost + high compression + lack of engine management = kaboom in a KL engine. But there are some guys with over 300 (safe) whp that are putting down some impressive times.

The KLZE is definitely a worthwhile investment if you plan on staying N/A. I made a hybrid DE/ZE and had noticeable gains. But if you're going to boost again, I would just save your $ and build a safe DE (megasquirt!).

And here is a picture of what happened to the Probe last November:
