HDR attempts & other recent pics! 56k nono

The weather has been awsome the past few weeks and I had the opportunity to snap quit a few pics. Played with a few in PS while some others came out sweet right out of the camera. Enjoy!

Really nice shots. Love the cars. Do you know if HDR is available for CS1 or is it just for CS3?

I go through multiple layers depending on how the pics come out of the camera. Levels, curves ect....

I am on there once and a while but the pacecar pictured is not mine its a good friend of mine (69clark). You may have seen his sn cobra around white with flames. He just picked the pacecar up this past year and is getting ready to do some major work to it. More than likely it will be one of the badest pacecars in the country when its complete.

Pretty much what Emay said. I also use photomatix Pro for the HDRs then import them into cs3 for some more work. I just started playing with the HDR stuff and am not that good at it yet, but I will keep on trying. LOL

Here are a couple more HDRs that I kept more realistic instead of giving them the artistic look. Im sure I will get better at it, just need to keep on shooting them.

Thanks for the answers guys. I tried to manually do it last week on a picture I had already taken by making two duplicate layers and making one lighter than the original and one darker and then playing with their transparencies to make them one image. That doesn't really work. You lose a ton of detail. I think it would work for me if I just bracketed with a tripod and then combined them. That will have to do until I'm in a better position to upgrade the software.

Once again thanks for the answers to my question. Keep up your good work guys.

As always, great pics, 95. That already is one of the baddest pace cars in the country, as is. I'd like to see either car in person, without a doubt.
