So I think it's time to invest in a new tv stand to compensate for the gigantor tv lol

Sunndenly I'm feelin inadequit with my little 42"er in my room. Does it count if we have a 42" in the living room and in my room? That makes like, what, 84" of LCD GOODNESS??!!

Invest in a stand indeed! Btw, 300lbs??? Holy crap. I think my 42 is onl 50lbs. Guess weight goes up exponentially. Looks like that coffee table is about to give way! OH NOES!

well its more like 260 lbs. and it was a bitch to get up the stairs. That same coffee table held our 36 inch tube tv (also a pretty heavy beast) , its pretty sturdy but ya. its ugly.

Wall hang that bad boy and then don't worry about the supporting weight of your component cabinet..

I have a 60" Pioneer Plasma and I honestly feel it's too big even when sitting at a distance of 16ft. Couldn't pass on the deal at the time.. *so I suffer to watch it*

Hahaha yeah I hear ya on that. I almost got a 50" plasma before I went with my 42" LCD. Glad I didn't get the 50" because I think it would have been just too big for my room. I wouldn't be able to sit far enough back to really enjoy it. Sometimes the 42 almost seems to big.... ALMOST.
