Depends on a lot of variable. Used vs. Not used. Roots style or centrifugal. What the kit consists of. Do you have a preference right now?

Mine from www.ModularPowerhouse.com

Runs around $4500...

For that you get:

- Vortech T-Trim Headunit
- All brakets needed for the blower
- All the piping needed for the blower
- SVT Focus Fuel Pump
- 42# Fuel Injectors
- SCT XCAL2 with a tune for your set-up on it
- All silicone couplers and clamps
- New Radiator Hose
- Oil Pan tap kit with oil feed and oil return lines

Everything you need to get the blower up and running on your car...And if you dont need certain parts you can delete them from the kit and save some cash...

i am thinking centrifugal, if a guy bought a kit and put it on himself would it run good enough to get to a place to tune it (2 hours).

as long as you don't get into the boost you will be fine to drive it to the tuner.

If you buy it from MPH you get a tune with it...

But yes you can drive it without a tune for a distance to get it to your tuner...Stay away from anything that even seems like boost though...

You might want to make sure you got all the tools you need before installing a s/c.

I bought my Procharger P1 used for $2500 complete(Craigs List). 10 PSI with the 3 row intercooler. #42 injectors, Lightning MAS, BBK 70 mm T/B, 2 stage chip, instruction manual, etc. To be safe, I sent it back to ATI and they rebuilt it for an additional $300. So I really have $2800 in it. I did have to buy the Focus fuel pump for an additional $125.
