supercharger and high altitude

I just got my Procharger installed this weekend and will be getting dyno tuned tomorrow here in Melbourne FL. I'm moving to Albuquerque in about a month though -- it's about 5000-5500 ft above sea level, am I going to need to get retuned when I get out there? Or do you think I could just ask the tuner to store a "high-altitude tune" on my XCal2 that I could put on when I get up there that will account for the lower air pressure?

I'll try to get some pics tomorrow of the dyno and my new set-up.
