All the kits are good. as far as reliable I think it depends on the Tune.
Go for the cheapest so you can make sure the rest of the car can hold that kind of power with the extra cash.

HP MAKES SICK HORSEPOWER IVE SEEN KITS THAT THEY HAVE DONE AND THE ROCK AS FAR AS TIMELINESS, DONT KNOW.

dont know about the 5.0 kits, but i do know that hp makes a well modular kit. many ppl run them with no issues. you might want to check out cartech also.
