Wet or Dry nitrous


I have a 91 lx that has the fuel injected 5.0
do I need a wet kit or dry kit, or can i use eather one?

well if i get a dry kit then go from FI to carb then i will have to go buy a wet kit right?

Go wet. Dry raises the manifold pressure too much. Dry is easier but there is more risk to the motor.

? Please explain what you mean? I think you may have been misinformed. A good dry kit (such as the NOS kit) is perfectly safe.

i have a wet kit on my bike so ill more then likely go with wet on my car to.

A dry system is much more user friendly and removes a user controled variable - Fuel. A dry system creates additional fuel pressure (about 80psi or so) to provide the additional fuel needed. A dry kit is very safe. Follow the directions, install it properly and set the timing according to how much you are spraying.
