well i run a procharger and was very impressed with it. it boosted hard and sunded awsome. plus they have an internal oiling sytem so if your mototr gets screwed it wont run into your s/c. if its for a 2002 gt, i dont think the saleen charger will work for your car. i may be wrong thouhg. if you go wih procharger spend the extra 400 bux and get the upgrade for the d1sc chrger. its got a lot more potential than the p1sc. anyways good luck and let us know if ya need anything else and be sure to go introduce your self to us in the new members area!

Well my lil vortech(V2SQ) did 368/363, but guys with KB1.7's and the same mods that I have are doing over 400. The KB's cost a lil more, but are worth it. If I had the $$$ that's the route I would've gone... or turbo!

ok I have a 97 Cobra wich would be the best for my car? I know if i run more than 5-6lbs of boost i could have detanation problums since my pistions are 9.5 to 1. and i was looking at the vortechs since there the easyist to instaul but you cant put an intercooler only a aftercoller. so i was thinking of going with a procharger with the 3 core intercooler so i dont risk detanation. thanks

I currently have a Powerdyne and haven't had any problems with it. Many people do but I haven't yet (knock on wood). But I purchased a vortec s-trim to put on my new motor.
