Heheh... Be prepared for about 3,000 different answers lol...

A centrifugal or a roots?

I'll always say the same thing; ProCharger D-1SC. IMO, the best ones on planet earth

The T trim or D 1sc for higher applications and built motors .. for bolt on moderately modded.. S trim or P1sc .. if you're gonna have a completely stock car and just want to win stop light to stop light most of the time .. grab a twin screw ..

See .. no hostility now you guys !!! haha

paxton novi 2000, better quality than prochargers and vortech and you will never outgrow this blower. its an 8 sec capable blower so you know your street car wont be going that fast!!!

Not for arguments sake, but I'm not familiar with Paxton's as I am with Vortech's and and Pro Chargers, so what makes them such better quality ?!

nothing, paxton is made by vortech - and its actually vortechs lower line - so that arguement doesnt really hold water. And actually the 2000 wont make as much power as a s -trim or p-1sc at that boost level, higher up it will own them, but keep in mind the s-trim will make 18-20 psi - plenty for most people even with built motors (esp if you get head work).

The best blower for that boost is an v2 s-trim - why? because it puts the power down, and it costs alot less.

im still sold on the centri design over anything else, until I get some more real world experience to prove otherwise

I did my own research .. as I am known to do hehe .. I found out that Vortech's " Investors " did buy Paxton in 1998, however they still operate as two seperate entities... I did come across some articles stating Vortech and Paxton's rivalries led to Vortech comming out on top with the better more efficient and cost effective blower of the two ...

This aside ... I'm still sold on Vortech and thats whats gonna be under my hood !!!

vortech just has alot more backing a big big name behind them. The novi is a great blower - but its not so great on a stock 2v.

Reverand HB has spoken lol... I like the ProChargers for myriad reasons.

Mainly, they're local for me (Lenexa KS)

Ehhhh....forget it...I'm staying out of this except for one little thing. You want to run on the upper end of the power curve? Or lower end? Top end=Centrifugal. Lower End=Twin Screw. Basically.

while I agree with you, the twin screw doesnt exactly fall flat - however the real world performance advantage definitly goes to the centri
