Horsepower

It's me again
Does anyone out there know where I could get the flow bench readings for the Ford Racing cnc heads?
I don't know what type of horsepower we are talking about? I'm going to put in stage II cams in this spring. Im talking to a engine builder now and he is going to help me.
My main objective is not to be beat by a stock 2009 Camaro.
