well building a motor that can handle more than 450 rwho is gonna take forged rods and pistons. you dont have to do heads and cams but they will make more power. your can get new blowers anywhere from 4000-8000. i have a procharger for sale for a modular motor right now for $2000

he doesnt have a roots s/c for sale but IMO his centrifigal s/c would be better then most s/c. just because the roots arent as powerful in high end or the higher rpms
thats my opinion though....his s/c he's selling is a steal! you wont find a cheaper price then that, if i had a GT i'd be all over that deal

I have a 2002 GT. I want around 400 at the wheels. Ive ben looking at forged pistons(575$),Forged rods(460$) and a crank(??) on the net and i found out parts would be around say 1800$ just guessing. i dont have any knowledge on engine work and i plan on doing afr heads, procharger D1. I can prop put in the s/c on my own but i got looking around and found out that with other s/c you can put the battery in the trunk and it will help out with better traction. So for the brand of s/c im still looking around the forum lots of ppl like the novi 2000. i want to get my engine work done at a shop how long does it take ? Would it be better off to buy the parts get them install it or get them to just build me an engine adn i sell them my old one with only 20 K on it?

you cant forget about machine work, that shit gets expensive. 150 for bore and hone, 80 for acid dip, 80 to deck the block, checking all the clearances with tthe poper tools, unless u have your own, bearings, gaskets, it all adds up. a 2k project turns into a 4k project real quick unless u have the knowledge and the resources to do it yourself
