Spraying below 900 isn't bad, but I wouldn't go very much further. 800 would be the all time lowest I would possibly think about spraying. 600 is way too low.

if he does spray its not gonna hurt. the car is gonna be running rich and he just wont get the full shot.. wont hurt though especially if he has a wet kit..

So basically 3/4 of the bottle is wasted?

if the pressure is low and its a wet kit, you run into a chance of fuel puddling.

above 900 is ideal, most companies are set up for 950. too low of pressure will be rich and not ideal, too much will be a little lean and can cause some issues as well.

How can you keep it up that high? I have a bottle heater but it doesn't help that much and I don't want to buy that nano nitrous assist deal.

Well you have a shitty bottle heater. Mine heats up the bottle to 1100psi in like 10-15 minutes. My bottle heater has a pressure switch on it. When my bottle goes below 900 psi it turns on and it turns off at 1100psi.

I have a zex wet kit for about 6 mnths and latelly i fill up the bottle get just 1 or two shots 75hps and the nitrous start comming a little disapearing and then i have it again. i went back to the fill up place to ask about it cause i had pressure and everything, but still my nitrous flow kept failing. He told me i should clean up my bottle and take out the little pipe that is inside of it.
Any suggestions?

Well there is a chance that you are getting bad fills. That tube is huge its not gonna get clogged.

This is the best bottle heater out there. it runs on AC & DC power and uses a pressure transducer. I have one and I love it!!

make sure you have all fittings and wires good, i would also check to see if you might have a kink in any part of the nitrous line. i had an issue of my nitrous kicking in and out, i ended up having a small kink. i replaced it and havent had issues with it since. the best heaters will be pressure controlled, the temp controlled ones are ok but not the best.

get you a bottle heater. I am running the dynotune nitrous heater and its very good its not a thermostat heater it monitors pressure and i have mine set at 1150 and it holds 1150 as soon as it drops below the heater kicks on and can get to 200 degrees. works very well.
