Friend wants to host races but does not know where.

Hay guys, I have a friend that wants to start hosting races here in the Bay Area but he does not know where to begin. I have been in the underground scene and went legit a few years back and has since then "retired". But back then I was racing with an my old Mits Eclipse. I just recently traded my car in for the new 07 Mustang v6 (which actually was just yesterday

). I want to help but I also don't want to get back into the scene. I just want to fix my car and maybe enter it in shows, nothing more.

I guess my question is that is anyone here in the Bay Area and know some more information about places to go. They have to be in a safe area away from civilians of course. I told him to try out and see if he can get Infineon Raceway to host the races, but it seems like he wants it to be more underground. Any tips, ideas, thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

edit: I think I should also mention he wants to host circuit races.

I know there's a lot of places over there around Modesto/Turlock. It's a drive but well worth it
