LOST track day 06/20/09 (lots of pics)

here are some pics from the track day I went to Saturday. There were over fourty cars that turned out. Most of the cars were Lotuses since its their club but there was a good variety. The only other mustang out their besides mine was a GT500 but there was a Trans AM, Viper, Nissan GTR, Dodge Charger, a couple of Z06s, a Subaru WRX, several Ferraries, and several other very nice cars. The track was a very tight with only two straights at an old WWII blimp field. Sadly my camera doesn't have the zoom to get good shots on the turns so most of the shots are of the cars coming onto the front stretch. enjoy.

Well it was a long hot day. Everyone ran well and had fun. Two cars had radiator issues but that was it for the day. Really enjoyed my first time back out on a track after too many years off it. I will try to get the video from several of the car's chase cams and post the links later.

omg that gt500 is sex. do you know what kind of rims are those?? nice gt btw, cant go wrong with black!

If I remember correctly I think he said the were HREs. I love them but too pricey for me.
