V8 Guys!!!
i just wanted to know if yall could post up yalls 1/4 mile times with what mods yall also have. It could be from stock or just to a few bolt-ons, heck even if your running a power adder. Just trying to see wat most v8's are running

V8s run anywhere from 14s down to 10s. They are guys running even faster but those are more race car than street car. It just depends how much money you want to spend.

depends which model. 99-04 gt will be low 13s, 99-01 cobras, 03-04 machs and 05+ gt will be high 12s. Your asking very general question. You have a model or ever price range in mind? What kind of times are you looking to run? What do you want out of the stang? Any mustangs you dont want?

I've got a 1984 Mustang 5.0 with a Holley 770 Carb, Victor intake manifold, Sig Erson cam, 3.73 gears and M/T Drag Radials. 13.99@106, With a better driver it could go low 13's but I cant shift.

I got a '95 5.0 with 165k miles and a few mods like full exhaust and cai but I can only run 14.9 out of it since I'm in high altitude and its got ALOT of miles on her. Been too busy working on the bike to mess with the car lately so she doesn't run what most 5.0's are capable of.
13's are usually pretty respectable if you don't have many mods |

His comment about "Most V8s are running" bothered me. I havent tracked my car but my buddys GT with a bolt on vortech and 350hp ran 11.97. I have 450hp so I expect mid 11s. There no time most V8s run, it depends on whats done. That why I was asking what his goals are.

I ran 13.25 with 4.10s, drag radials, short throw shifter, plenum and throttle body and mid pipe and cat back and email tune from sct which was junk lol. Ran 13.6 with no drag radials, ran 13.92 with just cold air intake and exhaust
