Do you know what I think is rediculous? I think it's rediculous that your on a mustang forum and your bad mouthing people with mustangs because they have mustangs. If you don't like mustangs then get the fuck off our forum dude, seriously.

You know what I like about my Mustang? I like the way it sounds of my TTs as I'm doing 65 on the interstate. I love the sound my exhaust makes while I'm accelerating. I love to hear my mustang's engine whine when I accelerate after a stop light. To tell you the truth, I love everything about my stang and that's good enough for me.

I don't care if my car is the best looking car on the road because it'll turn a girl's head just as good as all the others.

If my 4.6L engine ain't powerful enough for you, I don't give a shit, it pleases me and that's all that matters. I woulbe bet that you have never ever driven a mustang before in your life.

Also your too stupid to know what the meaning of "ricer" is. A ricer isn't an imported car, that's a "Rice Burner". A ricer is a person who makes extreamly ridiculous mods to their car. Rice burners have my respect, ricers do not. You know who else does not have my respect? You.

the only time i call a car a ricer if it has a huge cannon on the back that is really loud and have fake gauges that dont work. but sti's evo's supras' etc are all imports to me.

but it doesnt matter a lose is a lose i see it as they like to spend time with there car and work hard on it to make it fast so other pple can see all the effort they put into it

this thread is retarded. i think the majority of people here all define a ricer as the same thing: a car that's all show and no go. big body kit, fake gages, huge tach that could cause a solar eclipse, stupid sounding fart can. guess what, even guys that drive imports hate those guys. they give import drivers a bad name, the same way that a few domestic guys give us a bad name. they're the reason people think all american muscle car guys have mullets and no teeth. but in answer to the stupid, pointless question posed in the title, i wouldn't be beat by a "rice baby". like i said before, they're all show, no go and pretty fucking gay. if i got beat by an import (which i have, plenty of times), i congratulate him on building a kickass car. building a fast car, regardless of the little badge on the trunklid or the hood or the fender is worthy of my respect.

I would expect a 6er to lose to a engine modded prelude on nitrous...

I had a prelude think he could take my mach1 back in the day, I had full exhaust, intake, and lightened the car up some. He had intake, exhaust and racing wheels... I told him he was going to get smacked, he gave me the whole "I'm lighter than you, power to weight, ect." I put about 20-30 car lengths on him infront of all his ricer friends

y'all can bitch all you want my near stock talon will run with most mustangs in my area. sure it has a turbo and its intercooled ... still fast. barely slower than the mustang i used to own. fast is fast ... as for the "if we spent as much money" view, id say dollar for dollar rice burners are a solid option. if you look on youtube u can find vids of a talon beating a viper, who made the better investment? who do you think spent less? the guy with the talon of course like i said fast is fast

So the Honda man figures damn that's not gonna do it so let me push this button PSSSSSSSSSSSS goes his NOS and he fly's by and Won because they were going from one light to the other which was like a mile apart. In my head If this was the track at 1/4 mile he would have won but this was a street race so rules are cut. So F*## it if some riceball pulls up and stomps you (Well at times but..) You just keep a good head and think well I didn't have to use a million power adders to catch up, I was gone before you said goodbye :wink

I dont think that a newer stock mustang gt could be considered"slow as shit" however it is not the quikest car on the road, obviously. now I dont hate all imports, only the ones with fart cannons straped on the back, that have some crappy wing and a rediculous body kit. I do show respect to an import, or any car that is as fast as a rocket. I love cars in general, and if you are interested in vehicles and are willing to learn how they work, and not do somthing stupid to them, you are an ok guy/gal. I probably wont ever buy an import, I love mustangs and always will, and as long as ford exists I will always go to them first, however there are plenty of nice imports out there, a new mustang gt is maby the best bang for the buck today as far as power and money costs goes. However if you look there are many imports that have come a long way, and those jap cars are no longer the most boring pieces of shit on the planet, they now have some nice sporty cars.
