srt-4 vs 96 gt
hey guys figured id add a bit to the racers corner cause i rarely see new posts....
was cruisin down the freeway here in las vegas (mexico ) and i see a burnt orange color srt-4 with no wing pull up next to me... so i figure "cool i never got to play with one of these" so we line up and screw with eachother for a bit then slow down to about 60ish i give it the three beeps and i wasnt really expecting him to eat me alive to i just slowly got on it (im auto and it takes forever for this thing to drop gears) mind you by the second beep all i hear is a huge turbo spooling up then this thing pulls on my stang like a bat outta hell probably put a buslength on my poor lil 96 haha its all good though i loved it cause im tired of just beating every ricer that comes by (modded hondas/acuras) also other sn95s and a few new edge. o and as well his car stunk horribly when it pulled in front of me. so i figured maybe nitrous?all in all i dont mind getting beat, dude was cool when i hopped in front of him after the race i warned him of the authorities up ahead so he didnt go flying up there... also a couple miles up he warned me with hazards of a bike cop. my lowly mods... full p.i swap, bbk 78mm combo tb/plenum, cai nothin special really dude was probably 400+ hp...... time for some upgrades... me thinks a bullet head/cam combo????

yea man unfortunately those damn cars can move.....BUT i think theyre gay IMO. but the same thing happen to me when i was in my 97GT... he took me and
![]() i raced one in my 03 from a dig though and hung with him all the way through 3rd and then we had to lay off going into 4th which im sure he wouldve taken off from there. whats funny is the guy gave ME the thumbs up. i guess he thought he was gona straight rape but just like you said, its all good. serves as motivation

Ever morning on my way to work there is this sick srt-4, not riced out, but actually pretty nice. And he wont race me!!! Literally every morning he goes to school where I work and he will not race me, barley even looks over at me, ive tried honking, rolling the window down and even tried to get his attention and he will not budge lol wtf right? Fast car like that and wont even acknowledge me

Yea it is always hit and miss those those srtards, most of the time I can beat them cause their only pushing around 230 stock, but every once in a while they are modded running like 25 psi and I get a nice view of their tailights

Idk I am still not too found of them, if our cars had turbos on them like theirs do we would raping them, so I still think they are rather gay

I had one (two actually but the first one was all stock) and it was godly from 40mph but from dig got owned all day due to traction issues. When I got the talon and got it finished I raced the guy I sold my srt too. From a dig I would leave him like he wasnt shit. From a 40mph punch he would hang out about a car behind me til about 90 then I start pulling.. My SRT had 350whp and my Talon had over 400awhp. The power to weight ratio on the skittles are awesome but traction is the biggest problem. There are two types of cars that you shouldn't talk shit about even if they are ricers. DSM's, Dodge turbo's and I mean Daytona's, Lebarons, Shadow', and everything else that Carrol Shelby helped design in the late 80's early 90's, and last but not least the most powerful dodge turbo the srt4..

I talk shit about DSM's all the time... Mostly because they run well, when they run....
Always something with the DSM's around here. Telling me how they are going to rape me with no lube, then I show up. Then the excuses start... But they have slips!! They can prove it!! But that doesn't matter if its broke...
