New poison?!

So here's the deal, I have a 94 Stroker Cobra that I've had for a little over a year and like many of you junkies on here I've dropped all my spare play money into since then. I'm still hypnotized by my 4 year obsession of owning an 03 10th Anniv. Cobra! I could prolly talk the wifey into me getting one but would have to sell my current beast. There's just something about an all stock ride having a few more ponies than my stroked Cobra.....what would some of you guys do? Just curious.....

thats a tuff call, i love the 03 Cobra's, for some reason they look so much better than the V6's and GT's, they got some kind of a wider wheel base that gives them that aggresive look, i'd say test drive the Cobra see how it runs, if its faster sell the stroker and by the Cobra, and its got a Kenne Bell

I did testdrive one a few months back and it doesn't seem to be faster than the stroked Cobra but it's just more tame and I it prolly has something to do with me missing my 03 GT I bought new that my wife totalled last year. I just miss that body, love the new edge body style! Oh and they have factory Eaton superchargers, wish they did have factory Kenne Bells though!!!

they dont have a fukn wider wheel base jesus christ, something new everyday.

but if I were you id buy a 99 v6 junker with a good body, swap motors and trannies - sell the older one... kit out the new one with your stroker and your in buisness, makes ALOT more finnancial sense, and its just plain cooler

As many Mustangs as I go through over the years, no that wouldn't make sense. Ever try to sell a built ride that was originally a V-6?1 didn't think so............

Ever try to sell a custom ride ?! I have !!! .. Custom is custom .. v-6 or not .. its not gonna be like selling a normal car. Therefore, building a V6 and replacing everything will make it a non factor. Some people just don't make any sense to me ...

So you are trying to tell me since my 94 Cobra has ten grand in engine mapping, blueprinting, and building, two/three grand in upgrades, price of the stock car, I'm gonna get anywhere close to 20,000. for my Cobra?! WTF?! I can't speak for the rest of Stang fanatics but besides building a trailer queen from a V-6, there's no dam way in hell I'd try to bilt a 6 banger into a V-8 beast and expect to EVER get NEAR what I put into that car.......if that don't make since then I must be one crazy mofo!!!
