And I think you are the one who needs to learn how to drive. Based on your replies here I would say that you understand much less about driving technique and physics than I do.

I am not a cocky person but I would put money on the fact that I'm a better driver than you simply based on this argument.

Well based on the fact that you advertise a 95 M3 in your sig .. I'd say you probably think you're good at alot of things you're not

hah, you have to chime in too? I was arguing about a fact and he insulted me so I stood up for myself...you don't know me either, just because someone has a good handling car doesn't mean they can use it to its potential and keep it under control.

I would gladly take you for a ride if you were in the area to show you otherwise.

Exactly. Doing it with todays transmissions is pointless.
INITIAL QUESTION HAS BEEN ANSWERED...IT IS USELESS IN THE NEWER TRANSMISSIONS...

ok well first, dont try to get smart. The 03/04 does have changes, i just dont have the sheet to prove it, nor do you to prove me wrong... so either do that - or actually go the other forums, they should have them their - i dont think that its worth the effort to look up.
secondly the synchros the 3650 are notorious for problems, those problems stemming from not rev matching downshifts. There isnt much to explaine here, rev matching greatly the reduces wear and tear on the synchros - however uses a little more clutch, however this should be obvious to anyone who drives a manual - there isnt much to debate about it.
