Any one know what the quarter mile time for a stock 04 3.8 5 speed is? And what can I expect out of it now with the 93 octane tune?

I believe bone stock it is about a 16 second car, you think the tuner would have helped to put it in the 15's?

the v6's on those years are dogged stock. its gonna take more than a tune for that to be impressive. trust me I know been their done that with my old 6er

Im not trying to be impressive yet. lol I was just wanting to know what to expect, and who I can mess with around here. So can I safely say a mid 15 to 16 sec car right now?

Someone on cmc ran a 15.03 with exhaust and intake lol.. Don't ask me how

Anyways it'll be too slow to care

haha. Hey, its pretty much my first car, so Its good to learn how to run on a track and stuff with a non 12 second car. lol

If you can't run a 15 in a GT go home.. A stock GT vert auto hit 14.8

with all the extras, Mach audio and roll bar..

That my original plan but I went full bolt ons and cam.. Had nitrous kit ready for install and cracked block before I could even use it
